Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Make payments as agreed.
• Cooperate throughout the execution of the project.
• Use our services only for lawful purposes.

Quotations and Payments

All quotations are valid for the period stated on the Invoice issued. Work commences only after agreed payment terms have been met unless otherwise agreed by parties in writing.

Delivery of Services

Project timelines are estimates based on feasibility, and the need to slightly change schedule due to circumstances beyond our control, client delays, or force majeure may ensue.

Intellectual Property

All reports, designs, branding materials, strategies, and other work products developed by SBG remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and we shall not disclose it except where required by law or with the client's permission.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to deliver high-quality services, SBG shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services where due diligence has been expended on our part and/or after a period of 1 month after delivery of any such service.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation requests must be made in writing. Refunds, where applicable, will be determined based on work already completed and expenses incurred.

Changes to Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the relevant laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria in force.
